Vinora: Suspension PVC resin

Suspension PVC homopolymer in four K-value grades, for extrusion, injection, calendering and blow molding.

TDS and MSDS are sent on request.

One resin brand for rigid and soft products, from K57 to K70.

K-value sets the balance between ease of processing and product strength. K57 has low melt viscosity, so it flows easily in thin parts and clear film. K65 is the all-round grade: a rigid version with high bulk density for high extrusion output, and a soft version with high porosity for fast plasticizer uptake. K70 gives better tensile, elongation and heat aging for cable and hose.

Vinora works with AstraChem stabilizers, impact modifiers and lubricants, so you can source the whole formulation from one supplier, backed by one technical team.

Key features

Frequently asked questions

Which Vinora grade suits pipe and profiles?

Vinora V-65R, a rigid-grade K65 resin with high bulk density. It is also used for conduit, ceiling panels, roofing and gutters.

Which Vinora grade is for cable and hose?

Vinora V-65S for general cable, hose and flexible film. For cable and hose that need more strength and heat aging, use Vinora V-70.
