Data we receive
- What you enter in the form: name, company, WhatsApp number, email (optional), application and message.
- The content of conversations when you contact us via WhatsApp or email.
- Basic technical data the server logs when a page is opened, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.
What we use it for
We use your data to reply to requests for quotes, samples, TDS/MSDS or technical consultation, and to follow up on the needs you share with us. We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
Other parties involved
This website runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. Form messages are delivered to our team's email through an email delivery service. WhatsApp conversations are subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy. These providers only process data to run their service.
Storage and security
Data is kept as long as it is needed to serve your request and an ongoing business relationship, and deleted once it is no longer needed. Access is limited to the team handling your request.
Your rights
Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022), you can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing sales@ask-indo.com.
