Calzora: CaZn stabilizer (lead-free)
Lead- and barium-free calcium zinc stabilizers, in powder and liquid form for rigid and soft PVC.

CaZn one-pack stabilizers, one grade for each application.
Calzora powder grades are one-pack stabilizers: stabilizers and lubricants come in one material, so a single dosing step is enough. Liquid grades are used for soft products such as film, stretch film and hose, including clear ones.
We can adjust the formulation to your resin, machine and filler level. Moving from lead to CaZn usually changes the lubrication needs too, and our team supports that transition through to trials on your production line.

Frequently asked questions
Can Calzora replace a lead stabilizer?
Yes. Calzora has a grade for each application that usually runs on lead, for example CZ-110 for pipe and CZ-510 for cable. Moving from lead usually needs lubrication adjustments, and our team supports you through the trial.
Which Calzora grade is for clear hose and film?
Use the liquid grades: CZ-710 for water hose, including clear hose, and CZ-610 for flexible film and stretch film. For clear rigid film, use CZ-810.
