PVC Resin K57, K65, K70 for Rigid & Soft PVC

Vinora is a suspension PVC resin in four grades: K57 for rigid film, fittings and bottles; rigid K65 for pipe, profiles and roofing; soft K65 for cable, hose and film; and K70 for cable and hose that need more strength. Competitive prices as part of our support for customers, with a technical team that helps you choose the grade and adjust the formulation.

How to choose PVC resin by K-value

K-value reflects the length of the resin's molecular chains. A higher K-value gives better mechanical strength, elongation and heat aging, but melt viscosity rises too, so processing needs slightly higher temperatures. A lower K-value flows more easily.

For rigid products, K65 is the usual choice for pipe, conduit, profiles, ceiling panels, roofing and gutters. K57 is used when flow matters more, for example injection fittings, clear rigid film and bottles. For soft products, high-porosity K65 suits cable, hose and film, while K70 is used for cable and hose that need more strength and heat resistance.

Beyond K-value, look at bulk density for extrusion output, porosity for how fast plasticizer is absorbed during dry blending, and fish-eye level for film and hose. Our team can help match the grade to your formulation and machine.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between K57, K65 and K70 PVC resin?

The difference is chain length. K57 flows more easily and suits injection fittings, rigid film and bottles. K65 is the all-round grade for pipe, profiles, cable and hose. K70 gives more strength and better heat aging for high-performance cable and hose.

Which PVC resin is right for pipe?

For pipe, conduit and profiles we recommend Vinora V-65R: a rigid-grade K65 resin with high bulk density for stable extrusion output.

What does PVC resin cost?

PVC resin prices follow the market and depend on grade and volume. We offer competitive prices as part of our support for customers. Send a quote request with the grade, application and expected volume, and our team will reply with an offer.
