Compora already contains the resin, stabilizer and additives in a ready-to-use formulation. You skip the mixer investment and the compounding step, and weighing errors on the floor go away. Rigid grades carry the R code, soft (flexible) grades the F code.
Most grades come with a lead-free CaZn stabilizer (-CZ) or a lead stabilizer (-PB), depending on your market. Clear grades and the shoe sole grade are CaZn only. Cable compounds are formulated with reference to IEC 60227, IEC 60502 and SNI. Colors can be customized.

Frequently asked questions
What do the -CZ and -PB codes on Compora mean?
The code shows the stabilizer system: -CZ for lead-free CaZn, -PB for lead. Clear grades and the shoe sole grade come in CaZn only.
Does Compora need special machinery?
No. Compora pellets run directly on standard injection machines or extruders. Recommended temperatures and process settings are in each grade's TDS.
