Typical formulation
PVC gutters must stay tough during installation and stand up to weather. The formulation usually uses K65 resin, stabilizer, a CPE or ACR impact modifier and TiO2 for UV protection, with the filler level kept in check so the gutter does not turn brittle.

A high-density oxidized polyethylene (OPE) wax with a high melting point. Works as external lubricant and metal release agent, and helps control fusion.

Titanium dioxide for opacity and whiteness, plus UV protection in outdoor applications.
Snowbrite DB
A whitener based on TiO2, optical brightener and ultramarine blue. It offsets the yellow tone of the resin and gives high opacity to white PVC products.
