TECHNICAL SERVICE

Technical service from diagnosis to trials on your production line.

Many PVC production problems come from the formulation, but not all of them. That is why we always start with diagnosis: separating machine and process causes from formulation causes before changing anything.

  1. Consultation and diagnosis

We study your resin, equipment, process parameters and QC data. Symptoms such as falling output, black specks or fluctuating impact are traced until it is clear whether the root cause is the formulation, the process or the machine.

  2. Custom formulation

Our formulators build or fine-tune your formulation, from the choice of resin and stabilizer to the lubricant package and impact modifier. Formulations can be reviewed and adjusted together, and we are ready to sign an NDA.

  3. Custom blend (NDA)

The additives you now weigh one by one are blended into a single material made to your formulation. Operators weigh once, quality holds steady across shifts, and the composition is not visible on the production floor. We are ready to sign an NDA.

  4. Lab and testing

Formulations are tested in our lab first, using methods based on ASTM and JIS: fusion time on a rheometer, two-roll mill sheets, HDT and Vicat, tensile strength and UV resistance.

  5. Trials on your production line

Structured trials at your plant, evaluated together with your production and QC teams. We prepare machine setting recommendations so the trial runs efficiently.

  6. Troubleshooting and optimization

Once supply is running we stay involved: troubleshooting when problems appear, and adjusting the formulation when raw materials or production conditions change.

Lab testing capabilities

  • Fusion time (rheometer)

Shows the fusion behavior and process stability of a formulation before it reaches the production line.

  • Two-roll mill

Prepares PVC sheet samples for further testing, color checks and color matching.

  • HDT and Vicat

    Compares heat resistance between formulations.

  • Tensile strength

    Compares mechanical properties between formulations.

  • UV resistance

Evaluates formulations for outdoor use such as roofing and profiles.

Test methods are based on ASTM and JIS. The testing scope is discussed with you case by case.
