Color and whiteness on target.
Optical brightener makes white look brighter, while ultramarine blue offsets the yellow tone of the resin. For colored products, we blend mixed pigments to your color standard.
We do color matching in our lab using two-roll mill sheet samples, so you can compare colors before the trial on your production line.

Frequently asked questions
Can AstraChem help with color matching?
Yes. We blend mixed pigments to your color standard and check the result in our lab on two-roll mill sheet samples before the trial on your production line.
Why do white PVC products need ultramarine blue?
Resin and some additives give a yellowish tone. A small amount of ultramarine blue offsets it, so the white looks cleaner.
